I am an American woman married to a slightly younger Egyptian man. He doesn't communicate when he will be late, changes plans last minute, and when we talk, he says sorry and does it again. This evening I did the same and he lost his mind. He was yelling  I am not your dog. I said we can move together as a married couple or we can both make single people decisions. I am tired of the same discussion over and over. His friends are always before me and our plans, even last minute. Before you say anything about it... no he can't get citizenship from me, he is on a J1 Visa so being married doesn't help in. I gave up my happiness to live with him and he doesn't care. It's a new marriage and I am feeling over it...what should I do?

Recently married to a man 3 years younger than I am. He is not giving me enough affection already. I have talked about it until I am blue in the face. Should I have an affair? Talk again? Go through his phone? Or cry?

Boyfriend (41 years old), me (30 years old). I tell him my feelings and he always tells me why I don't, or shouldn't feel the way I do. He always interrupts me instead of listening. He seems to have no empathy. Today is Easter and both of our families are far away. My daughter asked me on the phone what I got for Easter. I said nothing. After I told him a nice soft bunny would be nice. He said how old are you? This man constantly disregards how I feel and Interrupts me.

I am American and I married my husband in Ghana, West Africa a month ago. His brother lives close to me. His brother has been highly inappropriate with me and has harassed me to the point of me getting a restraining order.

My husband tells me the family has made a decision (without my input) that to make up for his actions he is going to buy me a car?

I am SUPER ANGRY. So people can treat me how they want as long as they buy me stuff? NO. I want the brother in law to keep his distance and leave me alone. I want nothing from him.

My husband thinks its a good solution and doesn't understand why I am so upset.

Would other women also find this behavior SUPER offensive?

My boyfriend and I have been together for 2 months. He is still helping his ex, like installing her direct tv for her etc. They have not been together for 3 years, but are technically still married. She has a man living with her. Why can't he do it? Is it mean of me to be upset about this? He is 43, I am 27

I was just wanting to get everyone's opinion. My opinion is I like the idea of an arranged marriage. I think they work, because to me, marriage is not about some emotion, called" love" that can change with the wind. Marriage is a partnership between two people. Its two people working in life to create a family and common goals. I wish I had an arranged marriage, because this dating stuff really bites.

I have been with my boyfriend, living with him, for a little over 3 months now. He has a 10 year old who he has full custody of. And 2 little ones, almost 2 yrs old and almost 3yrs old. He has been fighting for them. I have a almost 4 yr old. The 10 yr old hasn't seen her mom in about 7 years and her mom doesn't live far. The 10 yr old's friends like me and are happy to introduce me to their mother's as her mom. She is snarky and says that is NOT my mom. When we cook, she never likes anything and is constantly complaining. I take her to do stuff and treat her like she is mine. I get that she isn't mine, but it just seems so rude. I also have to pick up the kids for him every Tuesday and Thursday from their moms house and they are crazy. The mom is always grilling me and they are always late. I am so frustrated. He can't pick them up. He "isn't allowed there." I am a kind caring person but I am so tired. Also, the two little ones mom keeps telling me they aren't his and they have dna testing in the mix with their "real" fathers. I am working and paying to help him keep the kids. He says he is their father even if dna is proven otherwise. I don't want to pay for someone elses kids though if they aren't his. They are cute and look just like him, but it bothers me. What should I do??

I have a tubal ligitation in 2012, 2 yrs ago. So I am guessing it is not pregnancy. My tummy is crampy and my boobs hurt a lot...any ideas? 10 points for best answer, sorry if TMI.

My boyfriend got two letters from his ex girl friend from jail. (She is married to someone else). I asked my boyfriend about it and he said they had been friends for years and he only visited her twice since she was in. But not at all since we have been together. I demanded he write her a letter and write her off. I don't want my boyfriend associating himself with trashy people who Armed Rob Stores, let alone married women. Do you ladies think I am being overly jealous?

I love my daughter. She is 18 months old. She doesn't listen to me or anyone for that matter. I have tried: 1)Telling her no sternly and removing her from the situation 2) Spanking her on her diaper bottom 3)Time out in her play pen 4)Distracting her with toys or other things to do.

Nothing works. She is out of control. She spends about 2 nights a week at her gmas and they don't make her listen either. She screams at the top of her VERY high pitched lungs. If I spank her, she hits me back. She laughs at me when I tell her know. She is smart and loveable, but I want to teach her to listen to me, so she can be a productive adult. Can anyone help without being rude?

My boyfriend is black and I am white. I am having our child in 4 weeks. He was so mean to me on the phone and made me cry. He said I am mean to our daughter (unborn), because she is black. I said I am not mean to her and she isn't even here yet. I go to every doc. appt, I take all the vitamins plus more, I drink as much water as I can, and I rub my tummy and sing to her at night. I guess I just dont understand.

I share a child with a Navy person. He has never given me a Family Care Plan. He got married 3 days ago and says he doesn't need to give me a Family Care Plan, because he is married now. But since he is not married to the mother of his child, does he need to submit a family care plan to me? He is being sent out on a ship soon and is still fighting me for custody.

My boyfriend thinks I should leave my 2 week old baby with my mother and go visit him in another country for 2days. I refuse to leave my new baby that long. He acts like she is a bother and he even says most "normal" mothers leave their babies. I only left her once for 2 hours. My question is...Would any new mothers leave their babies for 2-3 days at a time? Am I being wacky? I just love my daughter.

I am having severe cramping...this is my 4th child. They said the head is engaged +3 and she said she had to reach around the head to find my cervix, which is tilted and only dialated 1 cm. Shouldn't I get a c section? Should the head be lower than your cervix?? I am 39 weeks...

I am due to have a baby any day now and my x's girl friend keeps sending me myspace messages about taking my baby. She is being rude and won't stop. I haven't even talked to him in like 6 months. Its insane. I haven't written her back, because its pointless to feed into her drama. However, its annoyin and bothering me, as I am sure it would any mother to be. She's even threatening CYS at the hospital.. Is this considered harassment by PA State Law AND what can I do about it? Thanks.
