I am currently working on a school project on sarcasm. My plan is to make a little movie using types of humour (sarcasm in particular). Can anyone give me some good examples of sarcasm that we can record? Thanks a lot!

I'm going to Groezrock in Belgium today. Since I'm not really into the hardcore and punk scene, which of the bands on Saturday April 28th (other than Rancid and Parkway Drive) should I definitely check out? I like both hardcore and punk (not really the pop-punkish stuff, though.) I will see plenty of metalcore bands, so what are the best punk rock bands out there? I like stuff like Rancid, NOFX and Bad Religion.

I just started working out 2 weeks ago. My current (this week's) scheme looks like this:

Monday: triceps & chest

Tuesday: biceps & shoulder

Wednesday: cardio

Thursday: triceps & chest

Friday: biceps & shoulder

Saturday: rest

Sunday: cardio

I do all kinds of exercises, so there's a lot of variation. I do 3 sets of 8-12 reps. How long will it take to get some noticeable results (especially concerning my arms)? Is my scheme any good, or should I try something else? Sometimes I work out my back and legs on the cardio days.
