I'm not obese or anything, but my hips are starting to grow in and I don't want to be curvy. I want to have a slim waist and smaller thighs so what do I do? What do I eat? What exercises do I do? For how often? And how long? I'm 5'4 and 134 pounds. I also want a smaller/tighter butt.

I have a seminar tomorrow about the purpose of learning history. My point was that history serves as an example of what to do and what not to do. But then I started thinking about it and a lot of people say that history repeats itself. So, my question is how? What examples can you give me of 2 different historic events being strikingly similar? Give me 2 to 3 examples.

I just started going jogging. So far Ive done is twice this week and my thighs really hurt. Like my upper thigh, the part connected to my torso realllyyyy hurts. How can I stretch this out? Also, if I keep jogging, will this eventually stop? If so, when?

My family is pretty damn poored so I'm sure they wont be able to afford over 40,000 dollars a year for my education. My grades are pretty average so I don't think I'll get an academic scholarship. I don't play any sports so I won't get an athletic scholarship either. So, how does a person in my situation pay for higher education? I've heard that financial aid will help but even with help, I dont think my mom can afford that. What do I do? (By the way, Im a 16 year old girl)

I'm a 16 year old girl. I've only ever made out with one guy and that was like last year. Im feeling really sexually frustrated. I keep having these dreams about making out with guys. Last night it was about my teacher. MY GAY TEACHER.

And I keep having these sexual feelings for my friends that I wouldnt otherwise have if not for my little problem. And whenever Im outside and I see a hot guy I kinda stare at him and fantasize for a while.

I guess I'm just looking for some assurance that this will pass and how to make it pass. Also an explanation of why I'm feeling this way would be nice.

I'm 16 and 5'4. I have fairly bad eating habits and I just found out that I weigh 131 pounds. Usually I'm around 123 pounds, so I'm a little freaked out. My hips have started to get bigger and I suddenly feel like I have thunder thighs.

If I start running 3 times a week, and limit myself to a certain amount of calories a day, for about a month, will I be back at 123 and less.. thick in the thighs and hips?

What is the reason for getting married? If you're in a happy relationship, why is absolutely necessary to bring the law into and split your assets legally and etc etc. Why is it socially wrong to date someone for 70 years?

I'm a 16 year old female virgin and I've only had one serious relationship. While I realize that he is a dick, I miss the making out part of the relationship.
