  • My Top Bar is Much Too Small?

    My top bar with the close/restore/minimize is really small. My taskbar is regular sized though. How do I fix this? It has a tiny red X in the top right, but it's like a quarter of the usual size. The taskbar is regular sized so it is not a resolution problem. The red box with the X has curved edges too. I've never seen this before. If I log onto a different user, this problem isn't there on that user's profile. I'm running Windows XP Home Edition if that is any help.
