Who me? I'm a 49 year old who is A-religious that enjoys each and every day of what life has to offer. I enjoy the finer things of life and strive to live in the moment. I keep my goals simple, and my goal every day is to live another day. In all that I do or say, I always strive to be fair and honest with just a little sarcasm tossed in for spice. I have been on a health and fitness mission since December 13, 2007 and have been exercising like a gladiatior since April of 2008, with brow raising results. Gone is the fat to the tune of 150 pounds lost, and it has been replaced by lean muscle. Not bad for a 49 year old, who is now feeling like a 25 year old again. I'm probably the guy you'd like sitting next to you in the bar for a lively conversation or a good debate.
