3 AnswersComputer Networking6 years agoSmart TV & Virus *10 Points for best answer*?
How can I check to see if a Smart TV have a virus?
Background:
A network was infected and the unprotected computers were affected as well. I am aiming to remove the virus, change the IP address and instal security software.
I doubt the Android devices are at risk but I will be verifying as well. At the moment I have no leads as to how to check to see if a Smart TV is infected or protected (Linux OS would protect a TV I do know)
Thanks! 10 points rewarded to best and most detailed answer!!

3 AnswersMathematics6 years agoRandom Question: Can a person legally bind themselves to another in a contract? *10 points*?
This is a weird, random question.. I was conversing with a friend and the top came up of binding oneself to another in a form of a contract (not marriage). Is this possible if both parties agree upon the terms and conditions? Could this hold in court? Would the court notary the contract?
...yes this is random but serious inquires concerning the law...
Thanks :-D

3 AnswersMathematics6 years agoWhat positions are available for creating security software? Also, which language would best suit my interest? *10Points*?
Initially I wanted to go to grad school for Computer, Information and Network Security; however, with this degree I would be an Administrator or Security Analyst/Engineer rather than someone who creates the security software. I decided upon Computer Science. I would like to do more research so What positions are available for creating security software? Would this position be just a programmer and/or software engineer? I know individuals can go into robotics, gaming etc. but what about security software>
Also, which language would best suit my interest?
PLEASE NOTE: I received my Bachelors in Literary Studies. DePaul University allows students to enter the Computing School but I would have to take introduction courses, unless I place out of them. I start the program in the fall of 2015 so I am currently studying the curriculum, programming languages such as (C, C++, Java & Java Script) and Algorithms and Data Structures. I plan to continue to pursue Python and Ruby, more topics on the website below (and via YouTube) and gain certifications in those languages as I maneuver through grad school.
ALSO, any tips for a newbie?
