Bat Bear

My 19 month old was sitting on my bed with me, which is how we normally wind down before bed. She reached over to grab something on my nightstand, slid down feet first toward the ground but hit her head on my nightstand on the way down. It happened all before I could react. She cried for only a couple minutes before she was over it and was acting like her normal self. It wasn't until I brushed the hair out of her eyes that I saw a knot on her forehead. It's about the size of a quarter and is already bruising. I'm freaking out because she is my only child and I have no idea what to do. Somebody please help!

My friends have been arguing for some time about what exactly is involved in the transformation process for vampires in the Sookie Stackhouse universe. Since they are watching True Blood, the main question is why was Bill buried with Jessica? Did he have to be buried with her in order for her to change, or was that just to punish him further? I've been looking for the answer online, and have been quite unsuccessful.
