I was recently let go from my job so I am looking for another job.

I applied for a job recently that told me something on my record prevented their hiring of me. In the past, I had a couple of hot checks and also was charged with possession of marijuana. All of these were dismissed. A year ago I pull a background report that showed the charges as dismissed.

Should I list these regardless. I'm confused or did the employer just give me a reason not to hire me?

there are much cheaper cars that have good gas mileage and more space than a smart car. i dont' see the sense in it excpet wanting to pay more for less.

i say boston cause they are so abrasive and loud. sounds like they have a mouth full of dirt.

i became slightly close to a guy that was needing to move out of his place cause his current roommate was moving in with his girlfriend. he is on ssi due to some social and mental disabilities so his income is limited.

once he moved in he started eating all my food because he didn't have money left over for groceries and then i find out he is taking money from my wallet. i confronted him and he admitted to this. what should i do? i can't afford this place on my own. the amount he does pays does help but he is a burden because it's not really equal.

i wish i could tell them all the shut the heck up sometimes and get some sense.

the heart guard stuff states it's for dogs up to 25 lbs. both my dogs combined weigh only 20. Is this smart or should i give them each an individual piece. I am just trying to save money.

or will it be mailed. it says if u did direct deposit with your taxes so will the rebate. However, since i did it throuogh a middle man will it just be mailed. help me.

I work in customer service and i inidan people to be the most difficult and petty individuals. they bicker about anything.

At first i thought it was me but I asked alot of other folks about this and they agreed with me.

Why are they such a pain the butt?

Sleep is supposed to refresh you and give you more energy.

why is it so hard to get up every damn morning.? i wanna stay in bed and sleep all day.

I am leaving my bank because they outsource their customer service. can someone recommend a bank that does not outsource.

I already took my dog to the vet who is observing him and will call me back. I just want to see if anyone had an idea.

he was pacing around in a circle and then shakes his head every so often. also he gets heavy breathing from time to time.

when i dropped him off at the office he had some diarrhea.

he is a 4 year old havanese about 10 lbs.

I'm just stresssing cause i love my dog.

i don't speak to my family at all and the few friends i have are doing something else. i'm alone for 4 days. i have two dogs but they won't talk to me.

also i have no car to get anywhere.

i love this show and just saw the season finale.

her town burned down and she was getting ready to move to another city.

I watch alot of reality tv and every time the person talks they say "this is my house." for example the place New York kept the guys she specifically stated this is my house and in "A shot at love" tila tequila said the same thing. is it really their house????

Also how much money do you think they are worth.

i just posted a question and it got deleted because of people's sensitvity. i posted a question the other day about a computer purchase and it got deleted.

I want to report random people so their's questions can get deleted just like mine did.

My friend just asked me for money to pay his rent or he risks getting evicted. I have the money to cover it. However I was saving this money to pay off a some legal things because I have warrants for my arrest. Should I loan him the money or just say I don't have it and pay my warrant.

there is a small water leak coming from my floor. at first i thought it was my dog but i had them locked up in another room and the wet stain was bigger then ever. i checked the ceiling and nothing was dripping from there.

i called the landlord who is checking it now and he stated i must have spilled something(which i didn't).

it seems like he does not want to check anything or pull up the carpet to see what's underneath.

what options do i have?
