I'd like to build a small guest room (say 16x16) on the roof of a 2 storey house im looking to buy, its around 50' long and 30' wide, the whole house is concrete including the roof, and has a slight pitch (gable like) around 15-20degrees. What would be the best way to approach this? A balance between practicality and cost?

im currently working on a shortfilm, a scene takes place inside a 25-30 year old woman, she lives alone, she may be dating, she works in PR, marketing, advertising or similar field, the scene was filmed in an empty room, with the purpose of adding the furniture and decorations digitally via VFX. so the basic stuff was added, bed, dresser, mirror, closet, some picture frames, but it looks too neat, organized and empty, kind of unrealistic and brand new. it needs to look real and used...natural, so my question is, girls, what fills your room besides the obvious stuff? (bed, dresser, dressing table), what kind of clutter, "junk"or furniture fills the room?

i recently bought a HP p6754y, it has 4 dd3 slots, so i figured i could stick in 4x4gb dd3 modules and have a total of 16gb of ram, but now im looking in the hp website and it says the max amount of ram for this system is 8gb,

so am i missing something? 4x4gb dd3 wont work on my system? how come?

i have windows 7 64bit home premium and currently have 2x2gb dd3, and 2 unused slots, for a total of 4gb of memory, thanks

its the first time this has happened,

i have bought several items and pay with paypal(mexico), and at the ebay checkout i just select my US shipping address and thats it, it always works,

but this time, when i log in to paypal at checkout i cannot select the US address it says 'our system does not allow you to ship to these countries'

what can i do?

maybe this is a bit stupid, as im not that into physics,etc...

i know that half life is the time it takes for an element or atoms (?) to loose half of its its radiactivity (or something like that). so if we know the half-life of certain elements, why arent are they described using the full life (if such term exists), instead of the half-life.

sorry if this is stupid, but i've always been curious about this
