I wasn't a health concerned guy back then... I Do smoke and i'm 24 years old male.. My Cooking teacher asked me if there's anyone who is intrested in Yoga can come at his home... I Went there at the morning, he started to teach very heavily by doing hard moves poses... esp in breathing... I Didn't had the problem at the time... but some days later i started feel like, something is in there in my stomach, it's just a sensation i guessed, but later on it started feeling like i can't being able to breath normally... It's been 4 or 5 mnths,I started having this trouble... Also, Sometimes I Feel like there's something in my neck..... Please Help... If Satisfied On Answer I'll Rate IT 5 Stars....
