I am 21 years old and make about 3k a month 36k yearly. I do go to college and pay for it my self that's about 4k to 5k a year. With that said. I live at home with my mom to help her out with bills and everything. I know renting builds your credit how can I go about saying I am renting a room at the house with contract and everything? Because in my taxes it doesn't show I'm paying rent it just shows I spend about 5k in school and keep the rest to my self I think a contract would make it "official" and help me build my credit since I have no credit at all. Do we have to go to a notary? A realtor?

I just won an iPad at my bank it was a grand opening drawing but they made me sign so I can receive a w2 form at the end of the year for the iPad so I can "put it on my taxes". Why would I want to put it on my taxes? Do I have to pay at the end of the year? What does it do to my taxes if I have I put it? I work Part time.

My mom raised my niece since my niece was a baby up to the time she was about six years old during that time my mom gave her and provided her with everything the father of my niece is my brother he would just work most of the time and the mother of my niece was in jail for a time and she just didn't take care of her. My brother is now remarried with his own family my niece is now 10 years old lives with her mom and stepfather and is not allowed to talk, see, sleepover, or accept any kind of gift of food from my mom or me the two people who helped raise and took care of her when she was just a baby. Can my mom as the grandmother ask for visitation time like maybe lunch or dinner time or a sleepover every now and then? Should she hire a lawyer? Also my brother is indifferent about the decision and my mom has witnesses and school teachers grades receipts as proof she was here and was well taken care of so she is no threat or harmful.

im 18 years old and i havent had my period in over six months once i went a whole year and a half with out one is this normal. i have never had a stable period it normally jumps from one to two months. i went to see my doctor and she said it was normal but i dont think this is normal. also my grandmother and my mother had the same problem when they were younger is this hederetary? does it have a name?

ok so im really scared of almost anything literally! when i see a movie like the horror kind it stays with me forever and i go to bed early just so i wont have to be up at night, haunted houses scare the hell out of me thats the reason i dont go cause i might just faint or something like that im 18 i live with my mom and my 17 year old sister and my mom works over night so me and my sister stay alone at night and its hard to sleep when i know where both alone i get paranoid and any small noise either inside or outside my house i hear it and i cant fall back asleep as easy sometimes i just stay awake all night and fall asleep untill i see day light or close to it. i got a dog i thought it might help but it doesnt i dont know what to do i dont like bein such a scardy cat i hate it but i cant help it one day im going to find myself in a difficullt situation, any kind of suggestions will help. i just dont want to be like this anymore. thanks in advance.

ok i have a 1999 mitsubishi eclipse the problem is one day i was drivin and well i turned right and put the signal the thing is it didnt want to turn off the handle went back to its place but it never stopped blinkin and it wouldnt turn the blinker on to turn left and when i turn the car on... the right signal is always on and it wont turn off does anybody how what it is how i can fix it and about how much it would cost....
