  • How can I lose weight and be able to gain muscle without bulking?

I am 5’9, over 250 lbs, so I’m a fairly big guy. At first I wanted to lose tons and tons of weight at first, and then start to muscle up once I get to where I want to be, but now I’m starting to think maybe I should do both. I’ve played tons and tons of basketball growing up and at one point I was really, really slim, not a lot of muscle but i could at least get up and down the court without breathing heavily and losing focus like I do now. But I want to be able to lose weight since I’m trying to get back into playing ball, and also build some type of muscle without bulking up and looking like that one muscular body builder guy that comes to play a pick up game or 2. I have a bad case of anterior pelvic tilt as well, so it would be nice to some workouts that can fix that and not have to worry about looking like the hulk or something.

  • Improving handles with a heavy basketball?

So I’ve bought 2 3lb heavy basketballs, and I’m going to be using them to improve my handles, as well a passing faster. I might do form shooting only with this to get a faster wrist snap when shooting. Can you use this everyday to improve? And can you use this along with a regular basketball when working out? How long does it take to see results? Thanks.

  • Are there any timers out there on iOS that can alert you when you’ve reached a certain mark?

Example, let’s say I wanna do 2 workouts in a 1 minute time frame. I do push ups for 30 seconds then sit ups the last 30 seconds. Is there an app that would alert me “you’re at 30 seconds” or whatever so I don’t have to just constantly look at my phone to switch. Like If im doing a 2 minute workout even, it would alert me saying “you’re at 1:30” or something, lol idk.

  • Switching to iPhone 8. Need help with this particular thing?

So Ive has a prepaid iPhone 6s Plus for awhile now and I know with AT&T you can remove the SIM card and put it into another phone with at&t or if it’s unlocked. Could you do that with the prepaid SIM card, cause I’m buying an unlocked iPhone 8 Plus off a friend.
