Improving handles with a heavy basketball?
So I’ve bought 2 3lb heavy basketballs, and I’m going to be using them to improve my handles, as well a passing faster. I might do form shooting only with this to get a faster wrist snap when shooting. Can you use this everyday to improve? And can you use this along with a regular basketball when working out? How long does it take to see results? Thanks.

i've always seen training with alternate sized/weighted balls as a dumb gimmick. why would you want your muscle memory to be getting used to something other than the ball you would use on game day? if you want to pass faster, focus on trying to pass faster. if you want to shoot faster, focus on shooting faster.
