I have my son for his extended visitation (July 1 -31). My question is that the 31 falls on the 5th weekend so do I have to bring him home on Friday the 31st or do I get to keep him for the whole weekend and return him home Sunday at 6:00pm since it is technically my weekend.

What age did your little one roll over from their back to their tummy by themselves? My little Jayme just turned 3 months and for the past few days she has been trying so hard to roll over and this morning when I peeked in on her she had finally managed to roll over and was sleeping so peacefully on her tummy and from the look on her little face she was very proud of herself.

The Custodial Parent refuses to let me speak to them when I call and will not allow them to call me it is a control issue with her she actually thinks its a game and laughs about it. My stepson was appointed a Court appointed attorney at the temporary hearing because he has stated through a sworn affidavit that he wants to come here and live with his dad and spoke one on one with the judge he is 16. The judge reset the final hearing date for August so he could finish up school since they are in the last semester. If the childs Appointed attorney feels it would be in the best interest for the child to come here sooner, can he request a hearing sooner and get my stepson to us sooner?

Fiance's 16 year old son has filed an affidavit with the court asking premission for the Judge to allow him to move in with his Dad. His dad filed a modification for custody on his sons behalf and sent a supeonea to his mother to bring his son to court so he can testify to the judge as why he wants to come live with his dad. His mom is telling him she isn't going to bring him and that nothing can be done about it. Does anyone know if this is true? and what can be done if she doesn't bring him?

My finances 16 year old son was spanked by his stepdad who left huge bruises up and down his legs and the belt wrapped around to the front of his legs as well leaving more bruises, as well as marks on his legs from the conchos on the belt. Can anything be done about this?
