to make a long story shor bout 2 years ago relative dies and leaves home to me to be sold by trustee who is also real estate agent. the house sold over a year ago and she wont release money.she started out saying shes waiting to see if anything was owed on the house before he died but there wasnt. was also told to contact lawyer with any questions and turns out it is her lawyer. shes been acting funny for a year now and she wont even return phone calls now. is there a way i acan fire her now and get money, should i consult lawyer, is there any legal process that would stop me from firing her due to time, and is she waiting for a certain time to pass so it can somehow be turned over to her ? please give me info and tips and anything that will help ty.

I just had a major argument with my bro bout getting his dog vaccinated.I dont know much about the 6 in 1 but they say its better and cheaper.I am totaly against that i have had my pup vaccinated at the vet hes had his shots up to 4 months and is doing great.Can you please give me some fighting power to discourage my bro from getting the 6 in1 pack. Give me the ups and downs and the positives of using eitherand if using the 6 in 1 how often do you apply?

It has now been3 weeks since my last post which was awnsered very fully and helped out alot about my boy solo american pbt's demodectic mange, I explained that he didnt have it very bad i cought it allmost as soonnas the spots startesd appearing about nickel size,though he was losing hair there it wasnt bad .a spot here a spot there,a total of abot 8.since then they seem to be healing pretty well no more ooze and hair is allmost full back in those spots.Hes had 2 out of 3 scheduled dips with the last due this fridayand need to know if it is neccesary to go for the last dip.i love my boy and want the best but if another dip can be prevented.Will the previously dips continue to work and will he get better.i just dont want to be used by the pet hosp.if 1 more dip will make that big of difference i will if not i can really use the money,any home remedys i could use will also be helpfull ty.

my 5 month pup has demodectic mange learnes it is a non contagiouse to humans or dog to dog.He had his 1st dip six days ago,he never had id bad maybe about 6-7 not so bare spots the size of a nockel.hes had the dip on for 6 days and i want to give him a bath but dont know how long to leave the 1st dip on,hes getting himself dirty and seam the area should be cleaned,need to know how long do i have to lwave the dip on befor washing?
