i used to be an good person; and im only saying that because i was so self-satisfied with myself. I am a muslim and im not saying that all muslims should enjoy their lives; but a muslim that follows the islamis way of life will definitely feel happy.

So wat happened? I lost everything; Once ive moved out of my parents house for university, i have become a person who follows pleasure; just like animals. I am a 3rd year medical student and god only knows how i passed to reach my third year. I dont study, i watch pornography almost everyday, i masturbate, watch movies all the time, im on the internet the whole time, i eat fast food everyday (i have gained like 25 poubds since), i dont go out, i have no social life, i lost my parents (they know of my condition); i lost my mother (my best friend), i lost my religion, i lost my goals in life, im addicted to everything that is bad, i dont know what to do with my self and im crying while im writing those words.

As for my islam, it encourages me to have a goal in life and to woek hard for it. It encourages me to be a person of faith. and i was. when i was in school ( i was in a british school and i have done IGCSE, AS and A LEVELs prior to my graduation) i had so much accomplshments. i used to enjoy studying biology, chemistry, maths. studying was a fuel for accomplishing more; i had written my goals in life. my mum loved me and although he didnt show it, my father did aas well. My parents are very giving people; they have devoted all their lives for us and just if you knew all the pain they have gone through just for me and my brother and sister. I was everything to them; my dad once told me i was an inspiration to him; and thats coming from a gastroenterologist who has studied in france and is the chief of medicine in his hospital. As for now, they have lost it; they dont know what to do; they feel like everything they wanted has been lost.

Lets forget my parents; as for me i dont want to be this person anymore. my addictions have sucked all the soul out of me. I want to be different; but i hsve lost faith in myself; i dont know what to do anymore.
