  • My mother-in-law added me as a family member on Facebook?

I don't have a problem with this (we've been married for 2 years!), but I don't know how to accept it. There's a drop down menu that I've got to choose a relation from before I can accept the request - do I choose daughter-in-law or mother-in-law? (I don't want to choose the wrong one and have it say that I'm her mother-in-law, lol!)

  • Why does it feel my tongue is trying to push out my tongue bar?!?

I've had the piercing for over seven years, clean it twice a day (when I brush my teeth). The only time I've had a problem with it was about 6 months ago when I tried a smaller bar and it hurt so much that I had to switch back to my old bar!

I'm in so much pain right now! My tongue feels a bit swollen and it's really tender around my piercing.

  • My last employer hasn't paid me!?

I worked for them for 3 weeks and was offered a better job. I wasn't able to give a week's notice because I had to start my new job the following week, but I gave them a letter of resignation and gave back the uniform I had been issued.

I was due to be paid yesterday from my ex-employer, but no money went into my account. When I rang HR, they said my wages had been recalled because my district manager hadn't submitted a Leavers Form for me. I'm now ill with stress because I have no money for another 4 weeks and I have bills due in less than 3 weeks!

There was nothing in my contract about this Leavers Form and I was never given an employee handbook so I knew nothing about it. Can they actually refuse to pay me because of somebody else's error? Please note this is a huge international company, so they should really know better!

  • When do Asda pay their wages?

I've just been offered a job at Asda and my first day will be on 23 August. Does anybody know when my first pay day will be?! I'm desperately worried that I won't have any money for the whole of September! :(
