Can she press charges now that she finally had the courage to leave him? she was too scared to go to the cops at the time because she was afraid of what he might do to her. He hit her approximately 5 or 6 years ago

i took a picture of two people of the same gender they asked me to take the picture both individuals were in the nude but you can't see anything sexually explicit I sent it too another person that person happened to send it to a lot of people. Now a person that's in the pic is mad at me and is threatening to press charges please help and tell me what I should do. Also both people are over 18 years of age. i understand it was wrong and it wont happen again so please dont tell me about that i would just like to know if legally i am in danger and please have a good source or experience

I overflowed my hot tub on accident and every time I flipped the breaker it would trip this was yesterday now today I flip the breaker and about fifteen seconds later it trips what do I do?

I got these checks because my father passed away when I was younger the checks used to be sent to my mom but since they were being sent to me she said I had to write the checks over to her because it was like child support. I was wondering if that's true or that money was legally mine. Sorry for the long question but I really need help.
