Time is going too fast;

can the precious things last?

My children are so dear;

the world they face, I fear.

Everyday new weather

Bible is the augur.

Salvation in the blood

redemption from the flood

of the evil Satan

who couldn't stop Canaan

from God's chosen people

freed by Him; chose idols.

Crucified Lord Jesus;

scattered by sin's ruthless

grip on humanity,

backs turned from God's beauty.

God’s Word spread to gentiles

across desert and isles.

Through centuries it was taught,

always wars were fought.

God is perfect, it’s true!

We are here. The breakthrough

when tested faith is ours

and love has many scars.

Today I thank the Lord.

Let’s stand in one accord:

His gifts are bountiful!

Don’t be Cane, be Abel.
