it wasn't all the time and it only happened when the car was moving. The mechanic said it was from rust on the rotors, but it wasn't happening when i was braking. is that possible? i got new brake pads and he said the new pads should take care of the rust - my rotors are still in good shape, but I haven't had a chance to see if the noise is gone or not yet.

it's scheduled for deposit tomorrow, i called and have no offsets coming out, i contacted my bank and they direct deposit the same time as received (no processing time), so it should be there tomorrow, right? is there anything else that can hold it up?
