I need people to answer the questionnaire below for one of my classes at school and so I would appreciate it if everyone would just take this seriously and answer it as honestly as possible. For those of you wanting to make a joke out of this, please don't bother answering because your answers will be ignored. You have to be at least 16 years old to answer this questionnaire because it is aimed at young adults and adults. However, if you are under 16 years old, please answer this questionnaire with the help of your parents, or ask your parents to answer this questionnaire.
