  • How do i get file, tools etc..?

    I can't seem to get the toolbar at the top of my internet page where you can click on the options: file, tools, options etc. I'm so frustrated as I don't even know what its called, therefor can't search for it!!! Help me please!!!

  • How to connect to local area connection 3????? SOS!!!!?

    Down the bottom right hand corner of my screen there are 2 screens with a big red cross over them. I've been trying for 2 weeks now to connect to it. The pop up bubble says: Local area connection 3. A network cable is unplugged. I've checked all the cables ( I have wireless ????) I've rung the internet server 3...and they had close to NO idea what I was on about. Could you shed some light as to how I could fix this problem please. i will be eternally grateful!!
