He agreed to mow. Which was not in the contract. After the last two months of living there, I had weeds up to my waist in the side yard and clover to my knees in the front yard, and he knew about it. He also left our front door's pneumatic cylinder broken on our front door for over a year, not replacing it while we were there, and he knew about it. But little things like that are not in the contract. To me, it seems like the landlord has a job to keep the place up, but he didn't.

Before lease signing, I ask my future landlord if it is okay for us to have a fire pit in the side yard. He says, "yes, that is fine." After lease signing, my landlord comes to me and says, "sorry my insurance won't allow me to have a fire pit outside of a rental property." I say, "ok, I understand."

I understand that their are basic axioms for mathematics. However, I believe that the controversial subject between creationists and atheists rely upon basic axioms that we have not yet set in place. Am I right or is there a basic set of axioms that we can look at creationism and atheism?

If so, how? I want to make sure this is possible before I purchase a domain.

For example, in a spring, mass, damper system: position (s) plays a part with the spring constant, velocity (v) plays a part with the damper, and acceleration (a) plays a part with mass. Theoretically, or realistically, how would higher derivatives of motion play a part? What mechanical device would affect them?

I have an iphone 5s that my friend gave me. I don t want data, just unlimited call and text like my old flip phone has. Can I achieve this by getting a sim card from Dollar General that only has call and text? If not, do you know of a way to work around this. My goal is to have the iphone with unlimited call and text without having to pay for data.

What form should it be in? How many paragraphs should there be? Is it like the SAT with an opening paragraph, 3 body paragraphs, one conclusion. Or, is it completely different. Can I use words like I, we, or me? Can you give me any more details? What makes a good essay?

Say a computer knew every single move and every outcome in a game of chess. And, 2 computers like this played chess or checkers against one another with perfect precision. Could it be predetermined which one would win just based on which one started?

I have no way to afford graduate school. I'm in NC and I have one year until I graduate with a BSE-ME.

I am almost the top person in my class. I Belong to Tau Beta Pi honor society.

Is there any possibility of a scholarship or some other way for me to pay to go to graduate school. If so, what do I need to do?

I want a kayak that will be great for taking bait and dropping it out in the ocean. For the most part I just need to be able to make it through the waves out to the calmer waters without getting completely submerged by the waves. I don t plan to fish out of the Kayak directly, just take the bait out past the sandbar and drop it. I heard that a sit on kayak is the best but as for all the other details, I have no idea.

Any suggestions?
