Hi, my dad stopped smoking 13 years ago, but he still coughs up "phlegm" every morning out of habit. I've read online that it shouldn't take more than 2 years to cough up all the phlegm in your body to get rid of all the toxins.

Is it still necessary for him to do it every morning?

I don't know why my dad has this disgusting habit of gagging every morning. He stopped smoking about 13 years ago and he tells me he started gagging "to clear the throat of the bad stuff due to cigarettes". I have never heard of anyone doing this and I'm pretty sure it isn't healthy.

How do I make him stop? And what are the health risks (if there are any)?

Hello, 2 weeks ago I hurt my shoulder during a chest workout (pain really started when I did incline dumbbell presses). I decided to go to the doctor and he told me my posterior delts aren t quite as developed as my anterior delts, which caused the pains. He told me to do workouts that focus the posterior delts more.

Should I stop doing chest exercises entirely? Or should I just use lighter weights until my posterior delts are in balance?

I've recently bought a Galaxy Note 3 and I was wondering how long I should charge it for the first time. I've read on several sites that it should be around 5 to 6 hours, but since the Note 3 has USB 3.0 and therefore charges more quickly, does it still need the 6 hour charge?

People that go to the gym tell me that exercising is 50% working out, and 50% resting. I don't really work out that hard but I was wondering if I should take a day off in this routine.

I basically alternate between push ups (120 - 160) and my ab work out (10 minutes), without taking any days off, in other words:

Monday: push ups, Tuesday abs, Wednesday push ups, etc etc...

I know it's not a lot but do I need to squeeze in a day of or two of resting?

Hi, every time I make mushroom sauce, there are too many mushrooms and too little sauce. I first put butter in the pan, sweat off the mushrooms, then add cream and salt. What am I doing wrong? Am I using too little cream? How much cream do I need to use to have enough, thick sauce, without the flavor getting lost?

Hi, for the last year and a half I've used AKG Quincy Jones Q350 earphones, the sound quality is great but due to the lack of an L-shaped connector, either the right or left earphone stops working. I've had it repaired but recently they both stopped working. I don't want to buy the same earphones again, because I'm sure they will break (even though I take good care of them).

So do you guys know any good earphones under €100, preferably with an L-shaped connector?
