So I was jumping a green horse (aka a novice horse /untrained or little trained horse) over a very small x jump and my horse, who is only 3years old, over jumped it by a lot and I fell forward and then she bucked and I lost my balance. I fell off onto my left side very hard and flat, I hurt my shoulder to wear I can barely move it and when I landed all I heard was ringing in my ears and I was seeing "stars" aka blackness with sparkles in it like the way the TV screen goes when it gets messed up. I was wearing the top of the line GPA helmet that is $600. I was wondering why I heard ringing in my ears and was seeing stars? and if you have any predictions of what would have happened if i had not been wearing my helmet that would be very greatly appreciated. I am just asking out of curiosity and thank you in advance!! :)

Ok I have an Arabian mare that is 17 years old, she has just got the go a head to start an exercise program. (she has had a year and half layup) I thought i would start with some easy lunging before riding her. So we start out well and then as she is going around she will suddenly stop and face me and she will not want to start up again. I have tried stopping all together and then restarting in the other direction. Every time i restart her the she turns toward me but each time it becomes sooner and sooner and then eventually she will just stop all together and then we have to end for the day.Oh, she is a very hyper horse and it is very clear she is not even near being tired since it is with in 2 or 3 min she starts her turning. Why does she do this? Is there anything i can do about it?

well I was thinking of getting a freeform saddle. I was wanting to know if anyone have ever used or tryed a freeform saddle and if you could give me any suggestions on the saddle like what you liked about it or what you didn't.

well i am looking for a new saddle for my horse. she is very hard to fit so i found some saddles that would.(ORTHO-FLEX AND AMERICAN-FLEX) I would like to know what you think of either one of these saddle brands. tell me every thing you know. what you thing? Did your horse like it? stuff like that.

What do you think for the ZR1 corvette? i just want to know what every one thinks of it. But i just can't believe it beat the SL65 in a performance test. that was amazing to me. so give me your thoughts on the ZR1 corvette.

I do endurance riding. Well I was looking at some new horses and I would like a gaited horse. I could not choose between a Tennessee walker or a Peruvians. If you know about these horses can you help me choose. I have ridden both and I loved both. I do not know which one would be better on the trail since both of the horses i rode were great on the trail. so any help would be appreciate. Thanks

hey i was just wanting to know why do my feet roll to the outside of my stirrup. i was wanting to know because my foot starts to hurt really bad after about 3 or 4 hours of riding. I do endurance and i need to know how to fix it and or why it happens. oh i don't know if this matters but just in case it dose i use endurance stirrups with the closed cell foam and the stirrup is 5" wide and 4" deep i also ride with long stirrups but i have proper riding boots. well if you have any ideas to help me please responds thanks.

what do you think about shoes or going barefoot? I would like to know if you like barefoot or shooed horses better and tell me all the reasons i will give the person with the best explanation 10 points. thank for your answer

I do endurance and i sometimes ride may differnet horses and i don't like using other poeples saddles because the stirrups are always to long. i have a treed saddle right now but it dosen't fit ever horse i come across. and i am a person that is very particular in the way a saddle fits. but just give me your opinion on what you think. thank you

I do endurance and i read that it is very very important to post properly. I just want to know how to post the correct way. I know all about the diagonals because i learned that but how would i know if i wasn't posting correctly? I have taken lessons before and i know how to post on the correct diagonal but i just want to how would i know if i was posting wrong? but thank you for all your advice

Ok so i was wanting to go into a FEI jumping competition and I was just wondering what if your helmet fell off? Would you be disqualified or could you just keep going. I was wanting to know because once i was in a competition and my helmet strap brock and it came off and i got disqualified. thanks

well i have an Arabian. I do endurance and Barrel Racing on her. She has been bare foot for about 6 months. I love it. I just put her easyboots on and she is set to do anything i want her to. I go on some really rocky trails and her feet stay nice in the boots. I read up on somethings and after reading some of them i started to hate shoes. I just would like to know your opinion about shoes. You can say anything you want I will pick the best answer on who gives me the best reason for there thoughts on shoes.

well 2 days ago i walked up beside this horses rump petting him. I was talking to the owners about something and he liffted his hoof as to sratch his stumic (I thought he was sratching his stumic so that is why i didn't move) Well he ended up kiking me right above the knee. I got throung backwards. i ended up on the floor waling. well i was fine but i now have this huge bruse on my leg that really hurts.
