So this girl and I got into a huge fight and I found out that she's just a liar and really untrustworthy. Then, a month after we stopped being friends, she texted me and she was like, "I'm sorry, I still wanna be friends blah blah blah". Me, being way too nice of a person, told her that it was okay and we could still be friends.

The thing is, I don't want to become really good friends with her again. I just don't trust her at all. I'm sick of using excuses not to hang out with her, so should I just stop talking to her and hope that she gets the point? Idk.

What should I do?

Okay, so I dyed my hair dark brown. My roots started coming in (they're like a ash blonde), and that's when I decided to dye my hair again. I wanted to get a lighter brown, so I dyed my hair a lighter color. The end result was that my roots were lighter than the rest of my hair. A couple months later, I started hating it, and I dyed my hair a darker brown, hopping that my roots would blend in with the rest of my hair, but it didn't! They were still lighter!

Am I going to have to bleach my hair or something? I really don't know how to fix it!

Please help!

What was the purpose for it and what was the outcome?

I just recently lost my very close friend to suicide, and I want to try and help prevent another one from happening. Are there groups or some sort of organization I can join to help at all?

I work at this pizza place, and the technology is top notch there. We have this computer that tells us when we need to put pizza's in the oven, and I'm usually the one that keeps an eye on it. Anyway, so I started my shift and everything was fine until the end of the night (it was 9:00 PM on a sunday, no customers where there or anything) and I was the only pizza maker there, and I was working on some bread, so I couldn't really look at the screen (I literally cant see it from where I'm standing when I finish off the bread). So anyways, as I was about to go back to my post and look at the screen, this guy that i worked with made a joke and I stopped and laughed, my manager came into the area that we were in, and looked at the screen right away and saw that some pizzas needed to be put in the oven, so he literally FREAKED out and he was all like, "You need to watch the screen all the time!" Then he left and reappeared, and said, "You can go home. I don't need you anymore, but you have to sign something" and he told me that i needed to sign this paper that wouldn't allow me to work with the ovens anymore because I failed to look at the screen that ONE time.

Again, let me tell you that it was a SUNDAY! AT 9:00PM! No one was there, and if that was the case, i would have totally been looking at the screen. He didn't let me explain myself, so I just went home.

Is this something that I should call HIS boss about? I don't mind working with dough (well, actually I do)... but I just don't want this to be holding me back.

So, you tell me. Should I call his boss and complain, or just live with doing the dough.
