My friend and I want to go to America in July for a week. She was caught shoplifting at 17 with a friend (4 years ago), they both went to the police station, had an interview (at the store, their photos were taken and names and addresses). Fingerprints weren't taken or anything - she's had several CRB's for jobs and it's never been brought up. Will she have a criminal record due to this?

I bleached my hair, then put a blonde over the top (lightest ash blonde) washed it out, gorgeous blonde on lengths but I have blue/silver roots all over! How can I get rid of it? Can I bleach the bits and dye blonde? Or do I need to go darker? :(

Ok, here's what happened -

I was coming out of a town (30 MPH), sped up to 40 MPH as I was approaching the exit, and saw a mobile police van facing the same way I was on the other side of the road. I soon realised my mistake but by this point was already out of the village. I didn't see a flash, do you think I was caught?

I have an interview with the prison service to be a prison officer. On the required documents, they are requesting a full birth certificate which includes at least one parents names. On my birth certificate, it doesn't have either of my parents names on it. What do I do? This might be a really silly question and there's another part to it that my mum has and hasn't told me, but I'd rather ask.

Me and my boyfriend have had BT Broadband Option 1 for the past 9 months. Everything was fine until about 2 months ago. We have a 10GB download limit. However, since two months ago we've gone over by 1GB and 3GB. However, neither of us are downloading anything knowingly, and it's never gone over until now. Has anyone else had this problem or has any ideas as to where the extra downloading has come from? This month, we've already used 5GB in five days and have especially made sure we weren't downloading ANYTHING. I've looked on BT's page about this but none of the options such as being connected to phones or games consoles applies. Two laptops are connected to the internet.
