I have a nervous impulse to crack my ankle and knee and sometimes it keeps me awake and disrupts my sleep. How can I stop this impulse?

Ok first I even when I do get 8 hours I get up 3 times to pee at night. So like 3 hours pee 2 hours pee 2 hours pee and then 1 more hour. Is this still quality sleep? Also lately I have been getting like 6 hours. I have a problem of having the urge to crack my ankle and knee stopping me from falling asleep. I also keep worrying about someone waking me up (I live in a dorm) or worrying that I can't sleep. I am wondering what can I do? I tried melatonin I tried warm milk. My room is dark at night. I don't know what to do! Help

We dated for 6 months. We broke up 4 days ago. There were so many ups and downs and the relationship was not stable. I lost the feeling for her as a girlfriend towards the end. I broke up with her a few times but this time I mean it. We are not right together and she knows it as well. However, I just found out she is depressed and me breaking up with her made it worse. I have no intentions of getting back with her. However, I still care about her and think she is a fun person to be around (just as friends). She still has strong feelings for me, but I don't want to lead her on making her think like we have a future. I made it clear it's either were friends or were not. I told her no more hooking up, and that we can just get like coffee or lunch every so often to see how each other are doing. I told her for the mean time, I think we should just text here and there and eventually could work that up to maybe coffee meet ups as friends. I just want to bring her up and make her realize there is so many guys out there and she is wonderful. Once again I don't want to be her boyfriend anymore, but do want to be her friend and help build her up. Any thoughts on this? I would be okay with it if she would, I just don't want to lead her on. Okay before you call me shallow I am super fit and in shape. Fitness is a lifestyle of mine. When I met my girlfriend she was 5'5 around 130. That's a little bigger the I usually like but I was really attracted to her. 6 months later she put on around 15 pounds. Here are a few problems: She is depressed (literally) about her weight. She has told me she has been eating better and working out for the past month but I don't see much results yet. Her mom is really heavy and it scares me. She is so hard working in school and work and I love her for her that's why I am still with her, but the sexual attraction is not where it used to be. Also she is my first girlfriend ever so it really hurts me. Were both 21. I don't want to break up with her for something so stupid. How can I help her? She has no time to workout with me (conflicting schedules) and we don't live together. She seems to want it for herself. Fitness is just so important to me and as I keep getting more fit, I just really want to see my girlfriend like that to. Thanks.

I have been very serous about weightlifting and bodybuilding. What will happen if I eat a super high protein diet and low calorie/carbs. Basically like 300 grams of protein and only like 2000 calories. Im 215 pounds and around 10 % BF. I dont wanna lose weight, But I do wanna lose a little Bodyfat while gaining muscle. Basically I will eat a lot of meat, eggs, protein shakes, yougurt and fruit. Thoughts?

Three weeks ago on my last set of biceps I felt a sharp pain and dropped the weight. I continued to workout and a week later worked out biceps further. Now I am unable to do any bicep exercies, however am able to do other muscles with just slight pain. I am taking it easy and going light. However, I am just concerned, I dont think I tore the Bicep, I am just wondering what kind of Bicep injury dosent bruise or swell, dosent cause much pain, but causes a weird sensation in the bicep, kind of like i dont trust it and am worried it could snap any time... I appreciate the answers.

I injured my knee in flag footbal last friday (8 days ago) it was really swollen then and my knee was the size of a baseball. Now it is really purple and black (very bruised), but it is still squishy. I am guessing it is still full of water or something... I can walk without to much pain but Iam scared to try running or jumping. I landed on the astro fieldturf field, and it was scary... Do I have to get my knee drained? Or will it heal on it's own... I kind of dont like having a knee that I can squish and jiggle around...

I dont see the problem with it... It lets teams from all around the league play... Every sport does it, why is it such a big issue in baseball? Play to win, I dont care who you play, you are all professional teams if you are complaining that you are playing to good of competition from the opposing league then the team complaining probably isn't to good to begin with, and their are good teams in both divisions.

Looking at their roster, I am amazed at how many analysts overlook this team. Zach Randolph is one of the best players in the league. They have Rudy Gay Oj Mayo Marc Gasol Mike Conley Jr. They also have Tony Allen who plays shut down defense, Darell Arthur who has a lot of upside, and Grevis Vasquez who I think has a lot of potential in this league. It just seems now that there are so many more good teams then there were 3 years ago even. What do you think about their future in this league in the next up coming years? If they had Rudy Gay in the playoffs who was their top scorer and managed their offense really well, they will probably be playing in the WCF right now.

Regardless of position who do you feel? YOU DO NOT need to include a player at every position, just simply, the 10 best players you feel in the league. I am bringing this up because I saw Jalen Rose on Mike and Mike talk about who the "Super Stars are". My top 10 NBA players right now:

I am leaving out a few that I thought could of been thrown in here. Some people who I debated about putting in here: Monta Ellis, Paul Pierce, Amare Stodemire, Zach Randolph, Pau Gasol. I feel Blake Griffen needs to prove himself another year. I might be leaving a few guys out but yeah, thats pretty much the basis of who I think the top 10 players in the league currently are.

Now who is your top 10?

I am a senior right now. I have sent all my applications, fees, and transscripts to the colleges in which I want to attend already. I took the SAT/ACT twice before, but im taking it one more time with hopes to nail it october 9th, which I should do :) Should I wait to send the scores all at once after I receive the Oct 9th scores, or should I send these first then send the new scores? I just dont want them to get my old scores and judge me off that, when I should do alot better on this one!

I am looking for basic help. For example with reading is it better to read the passage first, or the questions or what. I always end up finding myself run out of time whenever I read the entire passages... Also should I skip problems? What should be the most you should skip? Anyone have any general tips to help me improve my score? I really do appreciate all of your help. I really want to do well, and I can use any helpful tips that could increase my score, or help me during the test. Thank you guys very much.

Lets look at some facts:

Bonifacio is a good backup lead off hitter. He's quick and gets on base. When Chris Coghlan comes back healthy, ( the raining rookie of the year) he will definately boost the success in this lineup. He is a good contact hitter and gets on base alot. Logan Morrison, a rookie, batting over .300 this season, looks like a very good player, he gets alot of doubles and triples, and also gets on base alot. Hanley usually hits third, and everyone knows Hanley Ramierez to be a top 10 player in the league for sure. Some say top 5. Batting clean up is Dan Uggla, the man is just a monster. The average is right around .280 this year, but looks at the numbers. He will once again finish with around 35 home runs or better, and maybe around 100 RBI'S. He is a monster and a great fielder. Gabby Sanchez, who has been struggling a little late, still has the home runs, and RBI'S to be considered in the rookie of the year race. He is a very good rookie, and has alot of upside potential. The 6th spot is usually up to someone different everyday, but guys like Wes Helms and Chad Tracy take that spot, who are professional hitters, who has have very good streaks and hit the ball very well. 7th spot alot of the time is Stanton, he is a monster. Nearing 20 home runs already, he came into the lineup in mid june. Yes of course he struggled going like 0-29 at one point, but then in a one week slide, he hits 7 home runs and drives in 15 just like that. He also has alot of potential. 8th spot goes to either a pinch hitter, or alot of the time now Cameron Maybin, who also has been playing pretty well, who is a great fielder and when he is on base, almost as fast as Bonafacio, and steals alot of bases. Our pitchers, lets start with Josh Johnson, if it wasnt for the bullpin, he would have over 20 wins right now. He has the 3rd best ERA in the league, and in my opinion has been the most consistent and best pitcher in the league this season. Anibal Sanchez has an ERA around 3.20 and has also been a very good and reliable pitcher for us. Chris Volstad has some very good starts, and can be considered a decent starting pitcher. Ricky Nolasco as well is a better then decent pitcher. We have a rookie pitcher who came in and pitched 6 innings of 1 hit ball in Philidelphia until he got injured after getting a hit in his first start. We also have another rookie pitcher who has a good ERA and looks very good, and andrew miller who has been pitching very lately. Unforunately, three of our catchers have already been injured, and we are playing with our 4th string catcher. Alot of fluke injuries has cost the Marlins this year. We have one good consistent bullpin pitcher (Clay Hensley, a very good pitcher in our bullpin) Other then that, are bullpin as blown around 20-25 games this season. If we get a decent bullpin next year, I say there is no doubt in my mind, we will win a championship, if all plays out as it should. Try and counter these facts, the Marlins will win there 3rd title in 15 years next year if all goes accordingly!!! Oh btw they have one of the lowest paid salaries in the league, and lowest attendance rates, however, next season the Marlins are moving to a very nice enw stadium, with a retractable roof for all this bad florida weather... But you know what the deal is now.

If so when, and in how many seasons? Think about this, the year of the pitcher as they say it this year, and no one has 20 wins yet. The most wins this season might only be like 22-23, if someone consistenly has a 20 win season, it will still take 15 years to achieve 300 wins... Pitchers throw harder now and get injured more common, plus 15 years is alot for the common pitcher... I think it will be done, but might not be for a little while.

I am just wondering if anyone knows. Also if you know the name and year of it, please let me know, that would be great. Of course I am not talking about a used car, a brand new one. I appreciate all answers thank you.

I find it hard to believe a guy who had a serious shoulder injury and missed nearly all of his senior season in college who hasn't played one down yet in the NFL gets the highest guaranteed money in NFL history. Or one of the highest amounts. In my opinion he wasn't even the best quarterback in the draft. This goes into why I feel players like Revis are 100 percent right in their arguement. I understand why he would be mad, he proved himself last year. However I dont think he should get all the money he is asking yet, just raise his salary a good amount to make him paid more then the average NFL player jeez.... I feel not just in the NFL, but in every sport, rookie contracts NEED to be fixed. There should be a way to make rookies like Sam Bradford earn his 50 million guaranteed. For example throw in incentives such as, Throw for this many yards theres 5 million dollars, win this many games theres 5 million, win a super bowl 10 million. I dont thinkn rookies should get that much money without proving themselves, because then look at players in the league who already proved themselves. Should Bradford be making more then top quaterbacks in the league. No not yet of course. Throw in incentives and make them earn the money. Look at what happened to Jamarcus Russel. He could throw a ball 60 yards on his knees, lets pay him 35 million or whatever it was guaranteed. It's a joke for right now. Anyone agree??? I guess it goes to show you, the highest bidding team gets the players. Money speaks. Make the players earn their money, before you offer them these crazy contracts.

The bullpin last night blew ANOTHER one of his games. He pitched very efficently again, 2 runs 5 hits in 8 innings, and only 99 pitches, Yet the marlins manager takes him out for the ninth, and Nunez blows it. It is unfortunate that the best pitcher in the NL this year probably wont win cy young because of the marlins bullpin issues. Honestly I think this is the fourth time the bullpin blew a JJ lead. He should be like 14-4, his ERA is right around 2.00, he has a great WHIP, and just dominates whenever he goes out therw with the exception of just two starts. Oh well... Who do you think will win the NL cy young. What about the AL?

For those of you who took it and did decent, I am just looking for a little bit of help here. Not much you can help with math, for it's either you know it or you dont. With reading and the grammar part of the SAT however, I tend to struggle. What are your tips first off for the reading part. Do you read the entire passage first or the questions or what? and with the grammar part, do you look at the second blank first or first or what do you do??? I am curious for I want to do good on it. We really dont want to pay money for a tutor that is what I was hoping someone on here can help me with tips/tricks to the SAT. I very much appreciate your help, thank you!

This is stupid. I just keep watching sportscenter seeing yet again he has another 0-4 night, and all that. I guess he is just struggling? When do you think he will hit 600? Also do you ever think he will catch bonds at 762? He probably has a good 5-6 years left hitting consistently, and he would need to average around 25 home runs after this season over the next 6 years. Do you think he will do it?

I am a huge Marlins fan, and many people forget we won the world series in 97, and 03. We also have the lowest team salary in the league. Right along with the Rays, we also have the least attendnace to attend games. People also seem to overlook we have the best pitcher in baseball in Josh Johnson, and we are also an over .500 baseball team. If you look at the lineup, I see serious potential, we also have many young good prospects. What do you guys think? I think you should watch out for the Marlins.
