When someone is separated but still legally married and has a sexual relationship with someone other than the spouse, is this an Adultery?

We were seperated Novemeber 27, 2009 and divorce has been filed. I received money for living expenses from my family on January 4th 2010. I live in Idaho, which is a community property state. Does my husband have the right to ask for half of that money (personal gift) even after we were seperated?

Going through a nasty divorce, got to keep the house but want to change it so it wouldn't remind me on my ex. 2 story, colonial type, 5 beds, 3 small baths. Like oldfashioned, victorian stuff, but willing to change my taste if it helps with getting over divorce. Any ideas appreciated.

I am hart broken and don't know what to do with myself. My husband of 17 years just walk out on me without any explaination, took our 10 year son with him, filed for divorce. What am I suppose to do with my life?

I am in the middle of a nasty divorce. Right now my lawyer and I going through property divison. I live in a community property state. We bought a house 6 years ago with my own income, and I have been making payments and other house expenses from my earned income. My husband has not worked in 9 years, so I have been paying for everything in this marriage. My husband left the house and I am living in it by myself. But my lawyer says, that I have to sell the house and split the profit with my husband. I want to stay in this house and don't want to sell. What can I do?

My husband of 17 years filed for divorce 3 weeks before christmas. He moved out, took my son, my dog and I haven't spoken to him or my son in almost a month. My husband took my car that is registered and has a loan on it in my name only. Filed for divorce and refuses to give me my car back. I don't have any other vehicle and left without any means of transportation. I am partially disabled and have a hard time walking long distances to get groceries and run errands. I just bought a new LG Dare and when calling other people they say thet can barely hear me. I know is not the area i am calling, I tried adjusting various sound setting, nothing works! Any ideas?

I just bought a '05 Jeep Grand Cherokee Ltd with Nav. System, Sat. Radio, etc. For some reason mt satellite radio is not working. Whenever I put it on the right channel (184 Sirius Radio) to activate, it says, there is no signal. Antenna seems to be in place. I call Sirius radio and they were trying to activate and it didn't work either. I don't know what to do?
