Begins with ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha, and sounds almost like a push button laugh machine. Goes into music portion. lead vocal sounds like old time radio crooner, but back up vocal is a cool rap voice. Crooner voice is similar to the voice in 'One night in bangcock".
Got a lot of air play a few months ago, but have not heard it lately. Also the song is punctuated with an occasional ha ha ha ha. Has a sort of hip hop sound to it. First person that can identify it will get best answer
