My friends dad passed away in 2014 and about a month after that I had a dream where he came to me and jumped into this cold, dark lake. His family, including my friend, were all swimming and he told me to come into the water. He said it was cold but that i had to jump in. I was extremely scared and refused but I got pushed into the water. I looked around when I resurfaced and all I could see was my friend swimming away. I screamed and yelled and cried out to her for her to wait for me to swim over but she just swam away and vanished. I woke up shaken.

Out of no where this February, my father passed away. I felt alone and in a way as if i was drowning. It was a horrible time but I can't help thinking about that dream. Was it some sort of prophecy? Or am I just losing my mind? And unfortunately, my dad has not visited me in a dream yet, and i dont know what to think of that.
