Okay, I am 40 weeks pregnant today! I have been exhausted for about two days now...like overly tired. I also have been having many bowel movements and headaches. Are these signs that I will go into labor soon? I have not lost my mucus plug. I have been having the normal braxton hicks and then some menstrual like cramping but nothing very painful. I just want to know if I am close to labor. I know the "signs" but i want personal experiences.

For the past two days I have had a lot of bowel movements...i mean like 7 or 8 a day.

Also, I keep getting this really sharp stinging pains down in the vaginal area...they make me bend over sometimes.

Is labor approaching? If you experienced this how long after did you go into labor? I am 39 weeks 2 days

For the past two days I have had like 5 or 6 bowel movements (each day that is). I usually go every other day, if that, and this is just weird. Have you ladies ever experienced this before labor began?

This morning my husband and I were driving in the car and all the sudden I felt this super intense feeling down there. It stung a little but it really was just more intense than anything. What could this be? I am 39 weeks today...could I be in the early stages of labor? Oh, and I did have a few pains in my lower back as well.

I am almost 39 weeks and I want my baby! Does sex really induce labor or is it just another old wives tale?

I am now a little over 37 weeks pregnant and have been experiencing (I think lol) braxton hicks contractions. They do not hurt unless I try to turn or something, they do however feel very tight and uncomfortable.

Anyways, i have not lost my mucus plug but have been feeling like I am about to start my period. I have been getting those annoying cramps but they are not consistent in any way. I get them randomly throughout the day. I have been getting them for about a week now and i was just wondering what they could be?

I am about 36.5 weeks pregnant and I think I think I may be going into labor very soon. I have been having really tight contractions, mostly at night. They themselves are not painful but if I try to move, it hurts a little.

I woke up this morning and my shirt was wet on my boob. A HUGE spot too. Not just a little.

Are these signs that labor could be super close? Or is it just wishful thinking? lol :P
