For the past several months my anxiety and stress have been worse than ever and it's affecting how I interact with people to the point where I think I'm starting to get depressed. I don't want things to get any worse, but I also don't want to freak my parents out and make them think that something is really wrong with me. Also, I'm extremely bad at expressing my feelings so I don't think my parents would believe me if I told them all of this.

Anyway, I was just wondering if there is some type of medicine that could make me feel better. Maybe some type of vitamin? I don't know.

I'm 17 if that helps at all.

My friend is turning 16 at the end of March and my friends and I want to give her a surprise party. All of her friends had a sweet 16 and I want to make this party extra special because she's not having a sweet 16. Her mother came up with the idea of a mardi gras murder mystery party, but her brother just had a murder

mystery party last year for his 16th birthday. Do you have any creative, super special ideas that will make her 16th birthday a night she'll never forget?

Also, we're going to invite 10-12 people. So it's not much of a crowd either

I'm a sophomore girl in high school I have fallen in love with hockey. It's such a complex sport; having to know how to skate really well, be strong and fit and know how to play hockey. There is only a boy's hockey team at my school but there is one girl on the team and she is amazing. I really want to join not only because I love watching hockey but because I want to prove that I can accomplish my dreams and goals. Some guys on the hockey team even said they would help me out.

Are there any tips you can give me?

I'm healthy and pretty fit, but what kind of diet and exercise would you recommend?

I would love to start a walk-a-thon in my town to raise money for the victims of Hurricane Sandy. When the news first struck everyone, it was a very popular topic and many people donated. Now, months later, thousands of people still need help, but people have become less interested.

I personally would like my community to become involved. I know there is a lot that goes into a walk-a-thon, but how do I start? Should I find an organization that will sponsor us? or should I talk to my mayor or board of education first? I don't know how to take the first step.

I live in New Jersey and Hurricane Sandy hit us really bad. I don't think anyone expected it to be this bad when they said Hurricane Sandy was coming. Now millions of people need help and I so badly want to help them, but I'm only 16 and I don't have a credit card so I can't give a donation online. Can you help me think of any other way to help the victims of Hurricane Sandy? I greatly appreciate it!

I'm on vacation with my best friend and parents. We're down the shore at a motel. There's a realllyyy cute guy one floor below us and I have no clue how to talk to him. How do I start a convo with him before my vacation ends?

My teacher wants to start a non- profit organization. Right now she just has a blog, but I want to support and do as much as I can to make her dream grow! I know she has to do paperwork to get her own website and everything, but what can I do to help her out?

I know she made a logo for her cause so maybe I could make t-shirts with that logo, but would I need to make a big purchase order online with a t-shirt company?

This organization is not to fund raise. It's to bring awareness to many problems like bullying and hunger in America and any other things that people would like to bring awareness to. It's more like advertising and making a difference rather than asking people for their donations, we're asking you to do something because anyone can make a difference.

I just don't know what I can do as a teen to help her. Can I make posters online? are there websites that can give me ideas?? I would just love to help make my teachers dream come true.

I'm going into 9th grade and it's my first year in my high school's marching band! It's exciting but I'm so scared at the same time!

I'm a really good trumpet player but I feel like I'm not good enough! I'm scared the director is going to call me out for being a bad player or messing up and I'm scared I won't be able to march! We even have to audition to be ranked on how well you can play and I'm afraid I'll mess up!

What can I do to calm my nerves?

Yesterday I was at the beach and I saw the CUTEST guys ever! We kept glancing at eachother and smiling and we would run passed me and jump into the waves and laugh and his friends would look back at me and say something to him. BUT I didn't say ANYTHING to him and know I'm regretting it BIG TIME!

So how do I talk to a guy when I see a cute guy at the beach? What do I say and how do I confront them? I don't want to make the same mistake twice by not talking to Guys at the beach

I wore a dark blue dress to a school ceremony because I knew if I sweat alot no one would be able to tell. Well people took flash photography of me and it revealed these HUGE sweat stains that went all the way up to the straps of my dress.

Some girl put up a gazillion pictures of me on facebook and my heart dropped to my stomach! I just got done untagging myself from all the photos

This Friday I have a dance at my school where we get really dressed up and I'm wearing a black dress because of my sweating problem, but now I'm terrified of taking photos because I don't want people to see how much I sweat if they use flash.

How can I stop from sweating so much?

Or how can I can pose or position myself or hair or anything so you won't see my sweat stains?

They want to transfer my teacher to another school and all of my classmates are devastated! She's been teaching at our school for 16 years and now she's being forced to leave. She was in tears trying to tell us why she had to go and all of her students were so upset.

Getting to my question. How do I start a petition to keep her in my school? I've never really took action in making or signing a petition.

1.) Should I just make it a few sentences or a few paragraphs? because I have alot of reasons to keep her in our school.

2.) How would you start this petition? I have it planned out already, but I would love your ideas!

3.) Do you think this is a responsible way to react to my teacher leaving?
