Filed late January efile - got the famous 1301 about five weeks ago and the typical run around with in errors department wait another two weeks etc....anybody else still waiting or did it get sorted or by chance DID YOU JUST GIVE UP Calling?????

Any dd happening out there or just the same code still showing?

sent inquiry to DCF stating that if our economy is in such bad shape, then they need to check on what is going on with IRS and the delays - whether your dates have changed numerous times, different answers from IRS reps or even the codes that seem to pop up if nothing else works.

When people need to stimulate the economy and we dont have to answer to the Banks - the refunds could give a small thump in the tush to help business!!

Being a member of the Committee, I feel they need to know what is going on with alot of people, (coughs - they probably do) but sent it anyways

Tired of the excuses from seven different IRS reps - one answer would have been good if he had been correct.

Hang on folks!

Anyone still have the refund delays (january filers) and code not changing on IRS website? I mean is over a month for DD sorta out of the normal - yes - but when you call and get different answers it seems something is amiss at the IRS!

Still processing (code status 1301) and spoke twice to IRS - two different answers, one said oh yeah depositing 2.13 or 2.20 - next one said no - its in error department but could be their ooopsie-

Sighs so confused, bad enough to figure the new laws out, worse to wait out the results!

Having spoken to two different reps in the last month, it seems there are alot of delays in the refunds, and that the reasons seem to change out of the blue - from DD should be 13th to processing then 1301 then to in the department for an error - ?? Any thoughts on this as I see alot of people saying the same thing.
