He got a John Deere Gator for his 2nd Birthday and for his 3rd we got him a hugh playground swingset? So what about this year I was thinking maybe a dog since we some what live in the country we have a little over 2 acres. But what would be a good dog for this age? also I had a 2 year old as well? I have started my own florsit and what I would like to do is to just do funeral work. Like casket pieces and sprays. I already have a portfolio. That I can leave with the company and one at my shop. So I can refer back to. What I would like to know is what exactly this proposal should say and how to word it and what are some key factories to incorporate in to it. Also I know that I should probably get a contract with the compnay for either a year or 6 mos. My husband and I sold some land to my cousin at the end of Nov. 2004. We did is as owner fiancing with a 1% interest rate. The first payment was due in Dec 04, we call and they said they would have it to us the next week. Well, need less to say we called them in January and she said she would bring me the money the next day. February we called again and she said they would have a 1 lump some for us the next week. 6 days later we got a letter from a lawyer saying to quit harrassing their clints as they did not own us any $. Well, we did have legal papers drawn up and promisary notes. They did give us a down payment that was enought to get it relesed from the bank and that was all. Now the house got forclosed on and sold to the highest bidder on the court house steps. The company that bought it is the sister compnay to the company that financed and built it now we are meeting with this company, b/c they didnt let us know they were selling. so do you think we get some money tom?

We just bought my childhood home, its 25 years old. Its has wood paneling and there is NO sheetrock under the wood paneling so what is the best way to make it look like a wall. Its like crown molding at the top and then wall and then chair rail then wood paneling then base board. We want it to look like a complete wall and just the chair rail has been added. Is there a wall paper that you can purchase that can cover it,cause someone told that that there was a wall paper that you could put over the paneling so that you don't have to mud or putty to sand in order to prime???? Anyhelp is appreicated.

Varify that the package exist and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to that this is a valid windows installer package. this is the message that comes up when I try to down load Java.com what does this mean. I am trying to get my i tunes on my cingular phone to work and I want to get my songs from limewire.com. please help I have no idea what I'm doing. any help will be appericated.
