At the hospital he admited to the police he abused the girls, and the mothers words on the news today because the state filed charged against him.... she said "this is bullcrap" She wants him released . How can she uphold him ? Does anyone understand how someone could put a man before their children , I know I couldnt.

What is wrong with some parents today? Do they have no common sense? I am refering to this story that made news today.

I am a mom of 3. and pregnant with twins, I have NEVER left my children in the car. I understand that lugging them in is sometimes a hassle but it only takes seconds for something to go wrong.

This story really got to me with our windchill factor here in Indiana this week. Yes the story says 13 degrees i think, but we had 18-25 mile an hour winds, so with windchill it felt like -5. but got even lower then that at times.

I know for a fact that if you turn a car off it cools down rapidly in those conditions and the vehicle would have been really cold in less then 5 minutes, let alone the 20 they were in the store before police got there. That poor baby !!!! No wonder it had a bad cold.

Im 11 weeks pregnant with twins, my dr sent me for a sleep study because I am so tired and have not been sleeping well. They said that when i get into a deep sleep my oxygen level drops in half. Yjey put a c pap on me for the second half of the test and still didnt see much improvment. Anyone eles had this? Really worried about the babies. I have been so stressed like they need anymore stress.

Why do parents think they deserve respect from their children?

Parents think they are owed respect ! I feel they are not owed it. If they earn it then thats wonderful. I think my children respect me but i work very hard to always respect them..... They deserve just as much respect as you do.....

I have heard mothers that are in and out of rehad talk about respect.... im sorry but they did not put their children first they put drugs and drinking above their children, but still think they are owed respect . I feel its something everyone has to earn. Just because you have a child doesnt earn you respect.

How do you view respect?

The Ohio mom that left her child in the car all day while she taught school ( she is a teacher). She went to the vehicle 5-6 times during the day and didnt notice the child. She was "distracted" because she stopped to get donuts before school !!! no charges were filed and they called it an accident.............. This is neglect and i feel there is NO EXCUSE. How do you feel?

Would you really want this woman as your childs teacher?

How could you look at the kids and forget you left your own child in the car?

My daughter has eczema..... and her skin is very sensitive....... i heard about this on the news and after listening to it i have decided to try it..... I thought I would share the link so you could try if your child suffers like mine does....

This morning on my local news. Im in Indiana. A mother was arrested yesterday. For letting her 5 year old drive. A smile child was in the middle between the 5 year old and his mother that had been drinking vodka, and popping percocet, not for pain mind you but she said she does that when the kids "act wild" !!!!!!!!!!!!! The woman that reported it asked her if she was ok, and is her child driving? The woman replied, "yeah but he's a real good driver." She was arrested on neglect, and public intox. I personally think she should have been charged with way more, Like child endangerment, children being unrestrained, and so many more.Has anyone eles heard this story.......?

They actually listen to the things you try to teach them? My niece took my kids with her to the store....... She told them.... moms not with us, get a soda, and candy bar..... When she went to check out, she noticed they both got Granola bars and 100 % pure juice. She asked whats this...... and my 6 year old said pop has too much sugar, and candy bars are empty calories !! LOL

She came in and said I swaer your kids are freaks !!!! lol I guess they really do listen and retain what I try to teach..... I was so happy they made a good choice.

I have a snack rack that has a fresh fruits, veggies, Granola bars and other healthy snacks.... I also have a container of pringles, and a bag of chips on it, that has been there for atleast a month unopenned...... So its not that i dont allow them to have access I just give them other choices too..... We have had a 6 pack of candy bars in the fridge for 2 months.... lol

OMG I could just scream..... For one she is a lier, 3 days ago she was getting ready for her 16th abortion, then yesterday was 17 now today is 18................. She needs to be blocked off of this site.......... FOR GOOD. I have blocked her many times, but she just makes new one.

She is so sorry. She will be in the news im afraid 5 years down the road, for a crime like Susan Smith( 1994), or Andrea Yates commited Does everyone remember both of them? I have been thinking about those children and what horible things some parents do to their children......

I think offering him any kind of deal was horible. He should see alot of jail time. If he wasnt famous..... he wouldnt have got such a good deal. What do you think?

I live in indiana I am so sick of hearing about the colts, and training camp ( here in terre haute where I live) They played horible in the pre season game tonight. I dont see them making it to the super bowl this year !!!!

Have you thought about the future? Do you plan to start work when the kids get to a certain age? Do you worry about not earning money and paying into social security and medicare for when you get old?

I am a working mom, and just wondered if you worry about that?

I work with senior citizens and they make so very little . most women make 200- 600. for a full month, and have to pay 100.00 for their medicare premium, and then 20% of their bills........... Men make a few hundred more.

If you are married for 10 years or morei think it is you can draw off your husband once he dies and draw a little more....

I had a car accident early this morning. (My dad was taken to the er, so I went to the hospital to make sure he didnt need me. ) It was @ 4 am when I was heading home. My Husband was driving, and we hit a huge tree that had fell accross the whole road, The airbag deployed into me..... My stomach is hurting so bad since. I had a c- section 11 days ago.

I dont want to run to the hosital and them to think im just being a whiney baby. This is my first c-section..... My tummy is the only place I am having pain. And a headache but i think thats stress. I normally have a high tolerence for pain .

The children were home with my neice thank goodness.

I thought Id feel better as the day went on, but im not....Has anyone had an air bag deploy? is the pain normal ?
