My husband and I own a business corporation 50/50. We opened a corporation bank account under the corporations name and listing him as owner #1 president

and myself as owner #2 sec/treas on the bank signature card. Both our SS# are on the card plus the EIN. Years later i filed for divorce and somehow he removed my name and any/all rights to this account without my knowledge or consent. Was this legal? What can i do?

my husband was physically, verbally and mentally abusive for over 30 years. i finally got an order of protection against him. every day i went to my part time job he took more and more marital owned assets including motorhome, tractor, trailers, race cars, 2 corvettes, dragster, camaro and more and hid them before the divorce was filed. am i still entitled to these assets.?hes says he sold them years ago or they were friends when they were physically in my yard for over 10 years and some i have copies of titles to. what about the ones i dont have copies of titles to, but everyone knows we had them. can i bring witnesses in to court.?

my husband and i bought a house and property in 1987 and both our names are on deed. we then opened and incorporated a business in a separate building on the property in 1993 in which we are each 50 percent owners. we are now getting a divorce but he has locked me out of the business buildings and denied me access to all business papers and documents for almost 2 years. is this legal? police and courts here will not help me. they said it must be decided in divorce court which has gone no where since april 2015 when he was served. please help. he is selling assets and removing equipment that i own 50 percent of. what can i do?

my daughter really wants an iphone 5 for christmas but they are way to expensive for my budget.

however she will only be using it for social media apps and snapchat etc-it will never be hooked up for phone service.

can these phones be used as my daughter wants with no phone service involved??

an anonymous person wrote a letter to my employer stating very mean, disgusting, untrue and unfounded things about me. i have just recently been hired for this job. what can i do and is there any recourse i could take? the letter was unsigned but frankly i am frightened now. should law enforcement become involved?

this has also left me very hurt and sad as i have done alot in the last 20 years for employer in a volunteer unpaid status before being hired.

my daughters thigh swells and hurts after any sports activity, but the next day it is gone. doctors can not find anything. what could it be?

So a short background story. Yesterday we unplugged anything that had to do with the internet. Our phone/internet/cable box, our netgear router, everything, because we were fixing the desktop we had previously not used.

Anyway. I had no touched my PS3 because I was busy all that day. I go to play it this morning, and the my background was gone, the settings having restored to that grey XMB wave. That was my first clue something was wrong.

Then I go move around the XMB and it is SO laggy. I click on things and it takes about a minute for it to realize.

I got worried, so I decided to reset it. Instead of turning off in the five seconds it usually takes, the screen went blank and the PS3 green power button kept blinking until I totally killed the power.

I have a PS3 Slim 120GB harddrive, it has all the system updates and I've never done any screwing around with the system.

Anyone help?

So today my laptop (32GB hard drive) informed me that I have low virtual memory.

I googled this, and my paging file value minimum (900) and maximum (1050) were low compared against others.

Should I increase the values? If so, to what? Also, my search told me that you can possible lose files by increasing the values. Is this true?
