Yesterday I was working hard at this game the other day that I have only worked at it for a couple days. At the end of my shift a new guy comes in and I was told to explain to him how the game works. After explaining, I make my way into the back and begin to count my cash. I hand my supervisor 4 sheets with malfunctioning machines, each are worth 5 dollars. On the counter I left 6 sheets because I knew that they didn't go through the system. Then she tells me that I am 30 dollars short on my count. I said ok I have 6 sheets out there on the counter, and went to go and get them. She then told me I was too late and made me sign for being 30 dollars under... At my work you get a write up for being 10 dollars off your count. The machine indicates how much money I make. Before I went in to count my till, the supervisor told me to go back out and print out how many players I had all day. The machine wouldn't let me check how many playersI had because there was a game going on. Instead of it printing it out, it ended up restarting the game with a couple seconds in. She went out and printed the reciept after that game was finished. Therefore, that is where the 30 dollars that I was under came from. I knew those sheets on the counter did not go through the system. They made me sign for being under as they want me to remember to bring all of the sheets in from malfunctioning machines. Being under your count means that you gave back too much in change or slipped in somewhere with money transfer. Not that I accidently restarted a game, I just remembered this morning about restarting the game. Should I go talk to my supervisor's boss about this, if they do not clear it from my record? What should I do in this situation?
