Hi there.

A few months ago my HDD suddenly went missing from the PC registery.

After scrounging for answers in the internet i tried doing a chkdsk d: /f and my pc recognized it again and the drive is back in the pc.

The sad part is that some of my files in that drive (movies, mp3, doc) keeps saying that it could not be opened (eventhough it previously can before the drive went missing).

I read that doing a chkdsk and reclaiming the bad sector can help. Problem is its taking too long (my pc is currently on for the 7th day).

Can anyone recommend any software or technique that can help speed up this process?

Where is the diablo 3 character file kept? I can't seem to find them. are they kept online like mmo or kept on locally (player's pc)

I have a huge number of data that is similar to club membership. i want to sort them out into one big database that i can use, edit, add, and delete. these data are usually linked to one another. for example Mr.X owes this much money and has defaulted for this many month and for this much amount.

can anyone guide me to any site and/ or software that can do this amount of work? also, i'm thinking of connecting this program to the web and/or local lan connection and would love that the database can be configured to be of use to certain users and/or officer incharge of said particular customers.
