Doctor works for the company insurance. Company is in the state of Georgia. Proof doctor is wrong, There has to be something that can be done to protect the employee. This is being done over and over. An insurance company will pay the doctor to lie. There is a workcomp attorney on the case but, I want to hear from people who have been the victim or is a family member of one. The mental effect of this is horrifying when they will hire more than one or the same one twice and this is the result..no help at all. Yes, there is docs who have treated the patient and there are test, surgeries to dispute this but, there must be something to do about this...if just for the mental suffering, humilation, pain and on going time (average 6 to 8 years in Ga.) of getting the proper medical help a patient needs espically when another doctor or even a therapist preform test and prove the patient is in need of physical and mental help. You can not sue for pain and suffering in this state as far as the work compensation suit by the employee. Something must be done about these doctors who will lie for a dollar.
