  • My monitor says no signal?

So I have an old pc tower that i know has loads of photos on. However when I turn it on the monier says no signal. But the fans run of the tower and the lights are on on the tower.I opened up the tower to check the video card was not loose and it was fine. But there was a cable with p3 written on it that wasn't plugged into any where. i assumed this was fine and put my tower back together when i tried to turn my pc back on there was a continuous beeping sound and still the monitor said no signal. I looked up beeping codes and think that there is a problem with the power supply. I know the monitor works and all the other cables are fine and the plug socket as i have used them with another tower. I turned it on again and the beeping has stopped. i tried holding down the power button for 5 seconds so that the pc was fully off and booting up from the beginning. I'm rubbish with pcs and really would like to get these photos off so i can throw the heap of junk away. Can anyone help me plz?

  • Should I just leave him alone?

I met a guy in my first year of uni and we became really good friends, now we both live in different cities but still keep in touch. The problem is whenever i message him online he never messages me back, It makes me feel like I'm hindering him all the time. I have apologized for bothering him and he said i hadn't bothered him at all, he is quite shy and never talks much anyway. It's always me making all the effort. Is he just being polite by keeping in touch? Should i just leave him alone? It is such a shame to lose him as a friend. I'm so confused!
