Women that have had a D&C??
I am scheduled to have a D&C tomorrow morning and I am terrified! Could anyone please help ease my mind and tell me that I am worried for nothing? My dr says it is a very common and very minor surgery.....
11 AnswersPregnancy1 decade agoSeperate standards for men and women regarding uniforms???
I am a supervisor at my job and our owner has decided that the women are allowed to wear capri pants - as long as they are black (same color requirement for the pants) and that they go past the knees.
A couple of the guys that I supervise want to know why the same rule cannot be applied to them? They feel they should be able to wear shorts that are black and past their knees. They say it is not fair for the women to be allowed to wear something that they aren't - especially since capri pants are essentially the same thing as long shorts...
Can anyone tell me if, by law, we have to allow the men the same choice in uniform? And if we do - can you tell me where to find this information to show my boss?
7 AnswersLaw & Ethics1 decade agoOPK help PLEASE!?!?!?!? So confused...?
Ok - so here is my situation. I am using an OPK and I got my first positive result on CD21 - and I have been testing every day and still getting positive (on CD 26 now). I went back and re-read the directions (for like the millionth time) and discovered that I was supposed to stop testing after the first positve. Oops :) Does anyone know when it stops being positive? Is it after you ovulate? or does it stay positive till you get your period?
3 AnswersTrying to Conceive1 decade agoTTC and Flossing?
So - I just read this article on the Yahoo home page that said there is a possible correlation to flossing and infertility problems. It said that when you don't floss on a regular basis, this one hormone-or maybe it was a protein I don't exactly remember-gets released into your bloodstream and can cause problems with conceiving. Have any of you read this article? If so - did you immediately go and floss like I did? And just curious, how many of you are regular flossers anyways?

11 AnswersMovies1 decade agoTTC - OPK Question?
OK - so I have been TTC for 5 months and just started using an OPK kit this month. I need to kow if I am ovulating at all since I took BC for five years.
So, I normally test between 130 and 2 pm everyday-but the other day I had to work at that time so I took it early - around 930 am and it was positive for the LH surge - so I thought maybe I should go ahead and test again at the right time of day just to be sure. So I made an excuse to leave work and came home and took the test at 130 that day and it was negative this time....I don't understand?
Well, that made me wonder if I was doing it right - so I went and bought a different OPK kit and have been using two different tests every day since then. So after the early morning positive test - I got three days of negative tests and then on the fourth day - I tested and one of the tests was positive and the other negative! Can anyone help explain this? I have read all the instructions and I just don't get it - what am I doing wrong
