I want to lose weight, and I have an exercise bike at home, but I was wondering if it would be better for me to ride at a higher gear or a lower gear?

I don't want to build muscle in my legs as they are already quite muscular, I just want to get some good cardio at home.

I can do more pedals per minute on a lower gear, does that mean I'm burning more calories and building muscle less?

What skills and qualities might you need to be a double agent or a secret agent?

Also what are some of the methods and tactics used by them?

Yesterday my NO$GBA emulator was working fine, but now whenever I open it, it says it is 'not responding' and just doesn't work.

From reading someone's question I've assumed I have to download it again, but I was wondering if I'd lose my saved data on the game if I did download it again?

I'm fifteen and I first got my period when I was twelve, and its been pretty regular since then. But I haven't had my period since the start of February.

I know I'm definitely not pregnant, why else would I not have my period for three months?

Also, would this be a problem if I was trying to conceive in the future?

I am english, but I'm trying to learn Japanese and the Japanese audio with english subtitles really help me. :)

I have some FLV videos that i need to convert to mp4, I've tried to convert them online, but none of them work. Can anyone reccomend free downloadable software that can convert the videos?

I saw this film once when I was looking through the channels abroad, and there was an American film on, but I missed the beginning, so I didn't see the title.

It had Courtney Cox and Kevin Costner in it, I don't really remember it that well, so the details are a little vague. In the end Kevin Costner is being shot at and he gets killed. And Courtney Cox has a son, and I think he might have been injured or ill or something. But she stole an ambulance in the end.

Sorry about the vague details, but can anybody tell me what the film is? I want to find out. :). If you've seen it before say whether you liked it or not. I don't really remember the film, but I would like to find out the title :D.

I need to start writing some lyrics for a new song my band has, but I'm dead for ideas, apparently you're meant to write about something significant in your life, but theres nothing thats happened!

I don't want to write a sad song, saying about how I love someone and they don't love me, or that I've broken up with someone, or something really adolecent like 'I've got so much homework, I hate school' or anthing like that. I just want to write a nice happy song, thats catchy but doesn'e sound stupid.

Anyone have any ideas where I can draw inspiration from?

In the past few weeks I have been eating healthily and exercising regularly, I managed to lose 4lbs, but when I weighed myself this morning I had put the weight back on again.

There was no change in my diet or my exercise plan, so why did I gain the weight?

Its happened before, and it was at the same weight, I can't manage to lose more than 3lbs before putting it all back on again.

I am 5ft2in and weigh 132lbs, I don't know if that would make a difference or not.

Please help, I'm going to a wedding soon, and need to lose weight fast!
