My computer is unresponsive sometimes when i click to shutdown or restart(mainly happens after i hibernate my computer).The processing speed has slowed down greatly (moving files from one place to another takes longer and my computer freezes a lot more). I have bit defender total security 2011 and scanned and found nothing (so i know it's not a virus) and i also have winutitlities professional on my computer (so i defragged,clean registry errors and other things on a daily - weekly basis). Still after all of that its still moving slow,what could be the problem?

I'm trying to find my wep key password on windows 7,but i can't find it.On XP i would just use the wireless setup wizard then print settings to get the password but 7 doesn't have that wizard,so can someone tell me a way to figure out my wep key

I use two HDD in my computer,the main one was partitioned into two drives and a seperate HDD for extra space and i recently re-installed my OS which is windows 7 but now I only see the two partitions of the first drive when i go into my computer.I don't see the second HDD anymore and it's not disconnected.Does anyone have any idea how i can view my second HDD again,do i have to go into the BIOS,if so what do i have to do?

I know that its take some time when installing an operating system but i think mine is taking a bit too long. When i try to install 7 it gets as far as the 2nd step which comes right after copying new files. It goes to this step and stays at 0% for over a hour. Can someone tell me what might be causing this? I have installed 7 before on other computers and i have never stayed on the 2nd step for over a hour and I don't think its the computer because i have installed 7 on it before successfully and it has never taken that long before.

I had uninstalled some software a little while back but now every time I start up my computer a pop up comes up saying restarting your computer is required(The computer must be restarted before updating can continue.Would you like to restart now). I have tried restarting it too see if any update takes place but nothing happens and the pop still comes up again.How can i get rid of this?

lately on my computer i cannot access certain things(eg can't access control panel).Now i know this problem is caused by the launcher because it says launcher not responding then closes it.Also when i start up my computer i get a message from Microsoft Windows saying that your Launcher has stopped working and then in detail it says a problem has caused your launcher to stop working.Does anybody know how i can fix this problem,I don't know what caused it in the first place but i seem to not be able to fix it myself

usually my computer processing light blinks and stays on a little bit when its processing alot but of late it rarely blinks and just stays on all the time and it has made a big difference to my computer speed,as it is moving much slower than usual and taking a while to open files and keeps trying to freeze up.I thought it could be a virus or spyware but i have scanned with ESET,F-secure,malwarebytes,spysweeper,and Norton and they have detected nothing.Can somebody help me fixed this problem,it only just happened lastnight but i don't know what cause it
