Ok, so I want to lose weight and fat. For the past month I've been doing a routine of

- 20 minute cardio on the treadmill

- 20 minute workout video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BCG_mDrzh3M

- at least 50 crunches

- 5 minutes of stretching

and I've been trying to limit my daily calorie intake to about 1000 calories (although, i do go over...cause my mom makes me eat dinner)

For breakfast I typically have bananas (125 calories) (morning banana diet! helps burn fat I hear) and warm water.

For lunch, I either have a bunch of rice crackers (110 calories) and water, or a muffin (250 calories) and skim milk (80 calories).

Then for dinner, its harder for me to control my calories since my mom makes the food.

After dinner i drink at least a cup of green tea.

What else can i do to lose more fat ?

Right now I am 168cm in height and 57-58 kg in weight. Yeah...I need to lose weight haha.

I want to be healthier. I drink water, milk, and I eat pretty healthy. like I dont eat junk food....my mom doesn't let me.....and I don't really like pop because it hurts my throat. I excersize almost everyday on treadmill about 30mins~1hour depending on homework and how much anime I wanna watch and manga I wanna read and manga I wanna draw....I like my fruits and most veggies but I WANNA BE EVEN HEALTHIER! or would that in turn make me unhealthy? One of my friends told me that. My aunts are really healthy, dont eat any fried stuff only soy and goats milk.......no peanuts for my cousic since if gives him bleeding noses, natural medicine, go to natropathic doctor etc. SO ANY SUGGESTIONS?

My favourite is Dani//Danny(15) because he's so cool, he can recover and has skills even without the help of the book. I also love his silver spiky hair ^^ he's so hot ^^

I also like Hyde(6) and Reycom//Reicom (s/p??) too.
