I know its a weird question. But I will be grateful to the one who is able to answer it.

I am 20 years old male. Recently I have been facing quite a number of cognitive problems. I have been having memory problems, thinking difficulty, learning problems which I didnt have before just about 1 year ago. I spend most of my time in an Air Conditioned room. What worries me is that did my brain might not be getting sufficient oxygen. Can it be possible? What possible damage might have occured to my brain cells? Can I visit a doctor and have a PET scan done to analyze this? Is it reliable?

I am having extremely frequent FPS drops everywhere in Assassin's creed 4. It runs 50 - 60 fps and then suddenly drops down to 14-15 fps and it happens after every few seconds. Its completely ruin the experience. I have tried everything including using the latest nvidia drivers, turning of v-sync, using adaptive v-sync, lowering my graphics settings to the lowest possible settings, simply everything but it wouldn't work. I need some help guys. Anyone has found the solution to this problem?

EVGA GTX 570

12GB of RAM

I have a geforce gtx 570 and i am presently playing nfs the run. But i was amazed to find that my fps is limited to 30. It just wont increase 30. I have tried everything from reducing down the quality to disabling v-sync in the game menu to force disable v-sync in Nidia control panel. Everything, but still it wont do it. Any ideas guys on how to fix it?

Is it possible dude? I know I won't get any better performance than GTX 570 Sli but I'm just curious to know.

I want to water cool my CPU and Graphics card so I'm just thinking about what brands should I get. I don't know which brands are available in India.

So anybody, please tell me the best choices for water blocks, reservoirs, pumps etc which will be available in India.

Well I'm thinking of buying an SMPS of 1500W but I was just wondering that IF I need to change my SMPS regularly then I will rather buy a 1200W SMPS and save a few bucks.

Well guys I am thinking of buying a card which I want to make it a physx dedicated card.

I already own a GTX 570 and I am thinking of buying a GTX 580 and then set my GTX 570 as a physx dedicated card. But will it be any good?

Or will it be better if I buy another GTX 570 and then Sli my system?
