This might be an odd question but this is something that has bothered me for quite some time. I have gone on a few dates with women and typically it seems to go well until we get to the part where we discuss our current career and future goals. I am 23 and I just mention I work as a mechanical engineer and plan on work towards an MBA and professional engineering license. It seems from there she loses all interest. I am not cocky or arrogant about it.

I guess I just want honest opinions, should I just not mention what I do or if the question does come up "dumb it down" (but I know sooner or later they would find out)? Ladies do you feel intimidated by success or could you care less? Please only women 18 or older answer since I know nobody in high school would care about a guys career.
