My flatmate is a body builder and pretty much all he talks about is body building. He goes to the gym nearly every day. He only drinks this protein stuff that he always has a whole 1.25 kilo bucket of. he only eats food that is really high in protein. He drinks raw egg whites. And every time he has a meal that contains meat he says something like "Beef! there's plenty of protein in that!" with a really alpha male tough guy steroid junkie voice.
Is this guy insane or what?

In other words, if I decide to buy Polished Spaulders of Valor with my 76 DK and I equip it while I do some randoms... will I still be able to mail it to my level 1 warrior?
