John Freda is an artist in Evanston, IL. I saw his booth at an art fair 15 years ago in Chicago. I've always wanted to buy some of his paintings and now I'm finally old enough to afford them but I don't know how to find any of his work. Any suggestions?

I need to cover 4' x 4' squares on a 4 unit building where air conditioners used to be. The previous owner covered them with plywood and painted them to match the color of the brick. They are starting to break down and I'd like to replace them with something better looking but not too expensive. Regular siding would look funny.

I think he planned to screw us from the beginning. We moved in 6 months ago and it takes about that amount of time for a bank to forclose. He tried to flip this house but no one bought it. I guess he was making back a little bit on us. He'll probably keep our security deposit too. I'll call a lawyer Monday but can anyone tell me now... What should I do??
