    I recently obtained a Japanese doll. I believe it to be a geisha costume souvenir doll that was hand made in Japan in the 1950's. Not sure though. It's wooden on the bottom but I'm unsure what the body is made of. It stands about 8 inches tall and has no legs, feet, or hands. Kokeshi style body except for it has arms made out of...wires, sticks, maybe wound-up paper? It has a large fabric head and black hair. The eyes are made of black material and do not have much detail. It wears a Japanese dress. Is this worth anything? I can't find anything like it anywhere. Couldn't even find one one Ebay.
